The HP Agilent 1160A Miniature Passive probe is a small, rugged, general purpose probe for use with the 54810A, 54815A, 54820A and 54825A Infiniium Oscilloscopes (sold separately). It is fully compatible with the Agilent AutoProbe interface, which completely configures the Agilent Infiniium Oscilloscope for the probe. The 1160A probe comes with a wide range of accessories including an Agilent Browser that installs over the probe tip. The Browser utilizes a crown point pogo pin that digs into solder and absorbs small hand movements, so is less likely to slip. There is also an alligator lead for general purpose probing, four spring grounds for high frequency measurements, a socketed ground lead and IC clips for probing surface mount devices.
