For the frequency range from 300 kHz to 3 GHz, it simplifies in-circuit measurements. With an input impedance of 1 MOhm and an input capacitance of 0.7 pF, this probe enables almost non-intrusive high-frequency measurements. The excellent frequency response and a "gain factor" of 1 ensure highly accurate sweep measurements. High sensitivity and low input distortion of the probe allow full use of an analyzer's dynamic range.
