Microprocessor-controlled analyzer for determining noise figure and amplifier characteristics on RF amplifiers. Input frequency range from 10-1900 MHz, extendable with a down-converter to over 65 GHz. Control option for the LO of the external down-converter. Control of all functions via GPIB interface possible. All functions accessible via pushbuttons. Available noise sources on request. NOISE FIGURE AND GAIN METER
