Latest version of the Fluke 5100 multifunction calibrator, now recognized as an industry standard, usable for DC and AC voltages from 20 mV to 110 V with a maximum resolution of 0.1 µV, DC and AC currents from 200 µA to 2 A with a maximum resolution of 1 nA, frequencies 50, 60, 70, 80, 90, 100, 200, 300, 400, 500, 600, 700, 800, 900 Hz for all voltage ranges.
