With a resolution of 16 bit (4 1/2 digits) and a sampling rate of up to 100,000 measurements/sec., this device is probably among the fastest on the market. Input voltage ranges: 320 mV, 3.2 V, 32 V and 200 V. This allows waveforms in the lowest range to be captured with a resolution of 10 µV and stored in the internal 64 kB memory as more than 32,000 points at 16 bit. With external triggering and 8-bit resolution, the sampling rate can be increased to 1 MHz. The floating input permits a common-mode voltage of up to 30 volts. Input impedance 1 MOhm /
