Keithley 220
This current source, which can be controlled both manually and via IEEE-488 bus, can supply direct currents in the range from 0.5 pA to 101 mA with a source resistance of 10^14 ohms. The voltage limit can be set from 1 V to 101 V. Up to 100 values can be stored in the internal program memory and automatically output as an output sequence over time. Accuracies down to 0.05% are achieved. PROGRAMMABLE CURRENT SOURCE
