Selectable dwell times give the instrument the ability to generate step-like ramp increases. Range of adjustable dwell time: 50 ms to 999.9 s. The measurement voltage can be set in 1 V steps from ±1 V to ±105 V. Direct current from ±5 nA to ±101 mA, output resistance 10 to the power of 12 ohms, TTL-compatible external trigger input/output, display: 13 mm LEDs, 4 1/2-digit and an additional digit for exponents, IEEE-488 interface.
