High-performance microwave pulse modulator covering 2 to 18 GHz. Features include an extremely short rise and fall time (< 10 ns) as well as a high ON/OFF ratio (> 80 dB), making the unit suitable for almost all pulsed RF applications. Insertion loss < 6 dB (2 to 12.4 GHz), < 10 dB (2 to 18 GHz). The maximum RF input power is +20 dBm, and the maximum repetition rate is > 5 MHz, with a minimum RF pulse width of < 50 ns.
