The HP 1631 D is both a 50 MHz digital oscilloscope and a logic analyzer. As a digital oscilloscope, it offers a digitizing rate of 200 MS/s, so that even faster single-shot events can be displayed. Display of 2 channels simultaneously. Time interval for single-shot events up to ±1.5 ns. As a logic analyzer, it is a 100 MHz timing analyzer with a time interval accuracy of up to ±1.5 ns or a 25 MHz state analyzer for global system analysis. Up to 43 state channels or 16 timing channels can be displayed. Interactive measurements are also possible - fully HPIB controllable.
