Integrated into the HP 16500 B, it upgrades this logic analyzer into a fully featured digital oscilloscope with a bandwidth of up to 250 MHz, sampling rate 1 GS/s, rise time 1.4 ns, time interval resolution +- 150 ps, ADC resolution 8 bits. Record length 8000, triggerable via any other module in the 16500 series. This makes it possible to capture analog signals that affect the digital system.
