Frequency range 10 Hz to 21 MHz, impedance switchable to 75 Ohm, 124 Ohm, 135 Ohm or 600 Ohm balanced. Frequency resolution down to 1 µHz at frequencies below 100 kHz and 1 mHz above 100 kHz. Output level from -72.99 dBm to 7 dBm into 75 Ohm, level resolution down to 0.01 dB. Convenient operation via buttons, microprocessor-assisted operation, all functions can be controlled via IEEE-488 interface. Built-in sweep operation with linear or logarithmic frequency sweep, also selectable as single sweep, sweep time freely selectable.
