Pulse frequency 100 MHz, variable rise and fall times from 1.3 ns to 900 µs, variable, output amplitude up to 20 V or 5 V peak-to-peak into 50 ohms, timing accuracy 1-3%, independent adjustment of pulse parameters. Direct input of the HIGH and LOW levels of the output pulse allows simple setting of the relevant logic levels. In Burst mode, a preset number of pulses is generated independently of the frequency. Bursts of 0 to 9999 pulses can be generated and triggered by a manual or external signal via HB-IB command. Complete parameter and operating-mode information for 9 independent instrument settings can be stored. Waveforms can be stored and recalled either manually or via HP-IB. PULSE GENERATOR up to 100 MHz
