The HP/Agilent 83620A is a synthesized sweeper for the frequency range from 10 MHz to 20 GHz. It is ideally suited for applications that require the high performance and accuracy of a synthesizer source while also needing the speed and versatility of a sweep generator. It features low single-sideband phase noise. Excellent harmonic performance: at least -50 dB below the carrier in the 2 to 20 GHz range.
