Keysight (Agilent/HP) 8767K
The Keysight 8767K single-pole, four-throw microwave switch uses the same proven technology as Keysight's 849X family of step attenuators. It offers rugged reliability, excellent repeatability (typically 0.01 dB to 18 GHz and 0.05 dB to 26.5 GHz), long life (more than five million switching cycles), and compactness. Switching time is less than 20 ms, including contact settling time. The switch includes self-interrupting contacts that minimize power consumption and simplify driver circuit design.
