Up to 100 complete instrument settings can be stored in non-volatile memory, saving the user from repeatedly re-entering settings during routine measurements. Digital entry and display of all instrument parameters, operator guidance to prevent operating errors, output attenuator down to 0.2 µV with 0.1 dB resolution, impedance 50 ohms.
