Overview The 10-510, 10-520 and 10-530 are a range of matrix modules arranged in 8x4, 16x4 and 8x8 configurations respectively, available with either 1 or 2 pole switching to suit many switching requirements. They are intended for construction of small to medium matrix switching systems. Typical applications include signal routing in ATE systems, dynamically interconnecting the Device Under Test (DUT) to all the stimulus and measurement instruments and for high accuracy data acquisition.
