Rohde & Schwarz CMD 80 Radiocommunication Tester The CMD 80 is the first radiocommunication tester for CDMA and analog AMPS. It can be used to test the following bands: · US Cellular (800 MHz) · PCS 1900 MHz · PCS 1800 MHz (Korea) · AMPS · Japan CDMA The RF parameters are tested under real-world conditions. The CMD 80 simulates a base station, initiates a call to the mobile phone, and compares the measurement results without requiring special test modes to be enabled on the mobile phone. A wide variety of parameters (frequency, amplitude, frame errors, ...) can be evaluated.
