The FAM modulation analyzer is particularly suitable for measuring modulated signals. It can measure AM, FM, and phase-modulated signals with high accuracy and determine both the modulation frequency and distortion factor. With microprocessor control and an HP-IB interface (option), it can be operated both as a standalone instrument and as part of an automated test system. Displayed values are also available as SINAD values (option) in dB. Analysis of external AF signals is also possible. AF voltage measurement can be performed via weighting filters (option). LED indicators, data entry via numeric keypad.
