Single-channel unit for generating universal pulse signals, operated via keypad with user guidance on a graphical display showing the set signals, additional alphanumeric value display and operating menus. Comprehensive support with warning messages for operator errors. Frequency range 0.1 Hz to 50 MHz or period duration from 10 s to 20 ns, pulse delay between trigger and pulse or double pulses 0 - 9.9999 s, pulse width 10 ns to 9.9 s, 1 output for complementary signals with levels between -1.2 - 2.5 V (high) and -2.5 V - 1.9 V (low), amplitude 0.6 V to 2.5 V, rise and fall times 250 ps, 800 ps and 1.8 ns, plus 2 additional outputs for complementary signals -9.5 V - 10 V (high) and -9.5 V - 10 V (low), amplitude 0.5 V to max. 10 V, rise and fall time adjustable independently between 5.5 ns and 10 ms.
