The Thermo Scientific Neslab ThermoFlex 3500 recirculating chillers are designed to provide a continuous fluid supply at a constant temperature and constant volume. This unit is AIR-COOLED and also features a cooling system, heat exchanger, circulation pump, polyethylene tank, and microprocessor control. These Thermo Flex 3500 chillers offer the following features: Turbine-T1 pump – 3.5 gpm at 60 psig 3500 W (11953 BTU) cooling capacity at 20 °C 208 V Voltage requirement: 208–230 VAC/60 Hz, SINGLE PHASE Set temperature range: +5 °C to +40 °C Ambient temperature range: +10 °C to +40 °C 7.2 liters (1.9 gallons) tank volume The air-cooled condenser uses room air at ambient temperature to dissipate application heat Pressure relief valve that allows the user to set the maximum fluid pressure according to application requirements – available as an internal or external component The flow indicator enables monitoring of the flow rate via the controller display Automatic refill enables automatic replenishment from a customer-supplied water source to ensure the fluid level is maintained Anti-drainback prevents fluid from flowing back to the tank when the chiller is installed below the application Internal DI cartridge with partial flow minimizes footprint and has a fluid resistance between 1 and 3 m0 Ohm SEMI S2 compliant – S2-0703, S8-0705, S14-0704 and F47-0706 Recirculating chiller 3500 W +5 °C to +40 °C
