Wavetek 23
The Function Generator 23 has a frequency range from 10 mHz to 12 MHz in continuous, triggered, and burst modes. Its output level ranges from 10 mV to 20 V peak voltage. The frequency range at the TTL and ECL outputs extends up to 32 MHz, and the synthesizer mode offers 4-digit frequency resolution with 0.005% accuracy. It has inputs for external frequency and amplitude modulation. Parameters are entered using buttons on the front panel, while numeric values are adjusted with the rotary knob.
