The 194A High Resolution Digitizer can both acquire waveforms with frequency components below 500kHz and take externally triggered samples at rates as high as 1M samples/second. In addition, the unit also provides waveform analysis capability with 8 built-in computational functions. It has a 14-digit LED display with function and bus status also being displayed. It operates in either manual or autoranging modes. The unit can digitize signal levels from 10 µV to 200 V.
